Markets broke an 8-week losing streak, the longest in a decade, with a vengeance. The S&P rallied by nearly 6% and now is just -1.3% lower on the month and -12.9% YTD. A favorable inflation report, as well as markets expecting the Fed won't be as aggressive as previously thought, were the main catalysts.
