Macro Picture
Markets were mixed last week over the holiday-shortened period. The economic hard data came in fairly weak pointing economy losing steam. The yield on the 10-yr treasury bond fell below 3.3% for the first time since September. The VIX held steady at 19 and remains below that key 20 level.
