Futures are flat after the payrolls report just came out and was a big disappointment. Only 243K new jobs were created, about a third of what was expected by economists. Avg hourly earnings were up 0.6% and the unemployment rate was 5.2%. USD is now at a 6-week low as expectations for higher rates get muted. Interest rates are up a couple o…
