Markets are higher as the latest Personal Consumption Expenditure ("PCE"), the Fed's preferred measure for inflation, came in at +0.1% on Core, slightly better than expected. Year-over-year it was +3.9%. More importantly, personal consumption dropped substantially lending credit to the 'collapse of the consumer' narrative.
