Futures are pointing to a lower open as the Fed kicks off its two-day September FOMC meeting.  The big story overnight is yields are reaching new highs with the 10-yr breaking through to 3.56% and the 2-year hitting 15-year highs of 3.98%.  Real yields are continuing to surge.  The US dollar is also hitting new highs against a basket of cur…
