Today is Fed day. Futures are mixed led by Tech. Small caps are in the red pre-market. Small caps have outperformed the Nasdaq by 13% YTD and 8% over the last month. 10Y yield is flat but there are buyers of the front-end of the curve. USD weakness is helping cmdtys where base metals are leading with spikes to natgas and cotton.
