Markets are moving higher with the Dow looking for their first up day in seven sessions.  The yield curve is a bit steeper with higher yields nearly across the board.   China stimulus hopes pushed HK/Mainland stocks higher which may filter into follow-on buying in ADRs and the EEM ETF.
