Markets opened mixed with the Dow up slightly and the S&P down small. The VIX is moving back up and nearing 28%. Interest rates are unchanged at 2.81% on the 10-year. Oil continues to be talked about with it now trading at $100 a barrel after falling 8.2% yesterday.
