Futures were up overnight but have slipped after the ADP jobs report came out showing that 235K new jobs were added by private employers in December.  That was well above economist estimates.  Wages were also up more than expected.  This spooked the market as investors believed the Fed will need to stay in restrictive policy mode for longer…
