Markets are lower following Microsoft's weak earnings - part of a global risk off tone.   MSFT reported after the bell, traded up as much +4.5%; pre-mkt that stock is trading -3% on weaker guidance. The balance of the MegaCaps are trading down at least 1% pre-mkt. Boeing also missed and was down more than -2%.  Tesla, IBM and AT&T were also…
