Futures are flat a day after a turnaround Monday and ahead o Powell's testimony. 10-yr yield is hit 1.8% yesterday but backed off during the day and is sitting at 1.762%. VIX is above 20. United cuts 3000 flights because of workers calling in sick from Covid.
