It's Valentine's and CPI day all wrapped in one.  

Markets are mixed after bouncing around following the release of the January inflation report.  Stocks are coming off a positive Monday with all three indexes up over 1.0%.  Bond yields are slightly lower with the 10-yr at 3.68%.  6-month US treasury bill hit 5.02%, a cycle high.
