Futures are mixed a day ahead of the key Fed meeting. The 10-yr is up another 2 bps to 1.365%. Oil is down 1.2% to $67.50/bl. The dollar is higher. The Fed's Esther George says "it's time to start easing off on policy juice." Jobless claims come in at 353K, near expectations. GDP at 6.6% vs 6.7% expected.
