Morning Note - August 25, 2021

Good Morning!

Futures are flat after the indices hit record highs yesterday with the Nasdaq topping 15,000 for the first time ever. More importantly, the 10-yr yield is above 1.30%.

The Nasdaq is now up 126% since the pandemic lows and 16% YTD. Amazon led the gains yesterday. PS: I bought some AMZN last week as I believe this is one of the few decent buys…
