Stocks are very modestly higher this am with the 10-yr at 1.26% and oil up nicely for the second day on the back of the Pfizer vaccine winning FDA approval. Chinese stocks are rallying this am with JD.com and Alibaba up over 9% as the China regulator eases some restrictions and lays out a framework for companies to go public.
