Markets are lower with small caps really underperforming. Interest rates are flattish but global yields are higher so we may see the sell off resume. Stocks may be reflecting those fears. The US dollar is weaker and commodities are lower, dragged down by Energy. WTI has lost ~$10 in six trading sessions, -10.8%
