Stocks are up as interest rates fall on the surprise attack in Israel by Hamas. The 10-yr yield fell back below 4.65% after briefly breaching the 4.81% level last week. The drop is a catch-up from yesterday (bond market closed for Columbus Day) and weekend trading.
