Markets are up on the dovish inflation report. The Producer Price Index ("PPI") came in at +0.2%, nicely below the +0.4% estimate by the market. On a Core basis, it was up +0.3%.
The Dow is set to gain about 200 points at the open a day after rallying back from about a -200 point loss.
